Letters as spaces to feel what words couldn’t say. This time, we gather not to write letters but to wander inside them. To feel what they carry, the unsent, the unread, the ones that arrived too late or right on time. Letters that became bridges between hearts, or quiet homes for what we never said aloud. Through movement, reflection and shared stillness, we’ll explore how letters can hold memory, care and the in-between, that tender space between what’s felt and what’s spoken. No performance. No pressure. Just a circle, a few stories, a bit of breath and maybe the faint scent of old paper.

An evening to unwind, breathe, and listen where sound becomes a way to meet yourself again. #RestAsResistance
